Actually, at the beginning it was very much a contentious relationship about this. The utilities would put out request for proposals. They’d come back and say, “Oh, these things are too expensive. We can do that, we can’t do that to our rate payers.” The respective regulatory commissions would review that and say, “You know, you’re wrong. You got to move forward with this. We’re going to hold you to it.
You’re going to have to do it.” Eventually, they got on board and they started doing things. It’s a much more workable relationship today.This plant was the first one built in the US since the SEGS plants have been built.
